This is a great example of an overbite or commonly referred to as a parrot mouth.

This photo shows a very large overgrowth to the horses 106 and 206 (first upper molars) that would need careful, gradual reductions.

This photo shows a severe laceration to the tongue. This was being caused by a displaced, retained (stuck) cap.

It’s very common to see all different forms of bit trauma. Here is an example of a sore on the offside corner of this horse's mouth being caused by the bit.
